Case prepared by Dr. Sushil Koirala (NP)
Replacing Faulty Tooth Coloured Restorations (Anterior)
A 27 year old nurse requested her poorly restored upper anterior teeth to be replaced. During examination it was found that they were poorly restored diastema. After removal of faulty restorations teeth #11 & #21 were prepared for direct veneers with diastema closure. Mild gingival contouring was done to achieve the desirable gingival shape. Even though the central incisors appeared slightly broad, the patient was very satisfied with the aesthetics achieved.
