Dr. C. Prashanna (SG)
Dr. Prashanna graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2013. A firm believer in life-long learning, he stays abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry by actively participating in both local and international dental conferences.
Dr. Prashanna has served in various government-related institutions, including MINDEF, SingHealth Polyclinic Services, and the Health Promotion Board, before joining De Pacific Dental Group, where he currently practices. Leveraging dental photography and the latest innovations in digital dentistry, he takes great pride in educating his patients about their oral health, while also helping them manage dental pain effectively.
As a general dentist, Dr. Prashanna is passionate about making a positive impact on his patients’ lives by improving their oral health and enhancing their smiles. He is Invisalign-certified and has a strong interest in both aesthetic and conservative restorative dentistry. His heart lies in restorative dental work and he enjoys the demands and challenges associated with the use of dental composite restoratives in his daily practice.
Dr. Prashanna is an active member of the College of General Dental Practitioners (CGDP) and the Aesthetic & Digital Dentistry Academy (ADDA). He is also a certified clinical trainer for MiCD and a Key Opinion Leader for Shofu, sharing his experience with other dentists through lectures and study clubs.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Prashanna enjoys hiking, cycling, and film photography. An enthusiast of analog cameras, he frequently shoots with instant film formats. He also dedicates time to dental community work both locally and abroad whenever opportunities arise.
